What is an Open Edition print?

An open edition print is a print produced with no preset limit to the number of copies that may be made. Each image is signed by Bhavika and comes with a certificate of authenticity.

What is a Limit Edition print?

A limited-edition print is a print produced with a limited number of copies that is numbered and signed by Bhavika. This means the print is a collectable art piece. 

Will my print be signed and/or editioned?

Each print is signed by Bhavika (on the bottom right side of the print, just below the image) and is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity. If the print is a limited edition, it comes with a series number. 

Do you offer framing?

We unfortunately do not offer framing at this time. 

What sizes/dimensions do you offer of the image, border and frame?

We offer multiple sizes to fit your space and encourage you to measure your space carefully. We have provided dimensions for the artwork based upon the image size, paper size and frame size.

Can I have you create a Custom Print?

We would be happy to discuss this further with you. Please contact us for any custom inquiries at: inquiries@bybhavikaprintshop.com

Can I purchase a high-resolution image to print myself?

Each artwork is customized and handle personally by Bhavika, and therefore holds a special meaning to her. For this reason, we have to protect the integrity of each print. Therefore, we do not license our images for others to print.

Is shipping included in the price of the print?

Shipping is not included in the price of the print. Once we have received your inquiry for the relevant print and destination details, we will provide you with a formal shipping quote.

Will my print be signed and/or editioned?

Each print is signed by Bhavika (on the bottom right side of the print, just below the image) and is accompanied with a certificate of authenticity. If the print is a limited edition, it comes with a series number. 

Do you ship internationally? 

We offer international shipping on unframed prints. Please email us directly at printshop@bybhavikaphotography.com with the image name and international destination so we may provide you with a formal shipping quote. 

Do I need to sign for my package delivery?

Each print is unique and therefore all prints are to be signed for upon delivery.

Can I make a change to my shipping address, email or payment information?Is shipping included in the price of the print?

Please email us as soon as possible at customercare@bybhavikaprintshop.com and order number to make requested changes to your order.

How quickly will my order ship?

All prints are made to order on fine art archival photographic paper. Once we have received full payment for your order, it shall take 10-14 business days for the print to be prepared for shipping. You shall receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
For international shipping, please email us at inquiries@bybhavikaprintshop.com so we may provide you with a formal shipping quote and estimate delivery time frame for your international destination.
Note that shipping may vary during the holiday season. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you shall receive a tracking number so you may easily keep track of you order status. 

What if my order is lost?

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, please contact the relevant shipping company and then notify us at customercare@bybhavikaprintshop.com.

This is a Gift? Do you include the price within the package?

We do not include any price or an invoice with any of our shipments. If you would like to include a handwritten note to your order, please email us with your order number and message to customercare@bybhvaikaprintshop.com

What is your Return Policy?

Due to the custom nature of our artwork, all sales are final. We have a non-returnable and non-refundable policy. However, if you received the wrong order or your order is damaged in transit, please contact us directly at customercare@bybhavikaprintshop.com with an image of the damage caused to the print and order number. 

How do I contact you with questions/ concerns?

Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your order please email us at printshop@bybhavikaphotography.com we are available to answer your questions from Monday to Friday. We aim to replay to all emails with no less than 48 hours.

I want to purchase a gift card. How does it work?

First select the requested amount for your gift card or contact us if you would like to request another amount than those available.
You will shortly receive an email regarding the payment for the Gift Card of choice. Once we have received proof of payment for your purchased, Gift Cards will be sent by email to you (the purchaser). Simply forward the email to the lucky recipient or print out the custom Gift Card to gift to the lucky recipient for redemption. 

I have been gifted a Gift Card. How do I redeem it?

Firstly, Congratulations! We are so happy to have you shop with us and cannot wait for you to experience the beauty of wanderlust in your interior!
Each Gift Card has a unique redemption code and can be entered in the relevant print inquiry form when inquiring for the print of your choice. You shall then receive an email with an invoice and be notified if there is any outstanding balances. Once payment has been received, we shall begin to prepare your order for processing and shipping.

How long is my Gift Cards valid for?

Our gift cards are valid for a year, from the date of purchase. This is not a credit/ debit card and has no warranties. For more information on our Gift Card, please read our Gift Card Terms & Conditions here.

Do you collaborate with other brands/ people/ designers? Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Absolutely. We love to collaborate and look forward to hearing more about your idea and/or project. If you are a designer looking to incorporate our work into your designs, please contact us directly at printshop@bybhavikaphotography.com.  

Can I copy or use the images from the website on my own website, blog, business card, etc.? 

We are flattered that you like our work, though all rights to the images on this site is reserved by Bhavika Vanmalli and South African and International copyright laws. Images used on the site are for informational purchase only and may not be used in any other way without Bhavika’s prior written consent.
